Wall Coatings - FAQ
Q. If I ask you to pay me a visit what is the process?
A. Our intention is not to pitch up camp for hours and bore potential customers into submission, we briefly ask our customers for their requirements and/or concerns and discuss these issues, carry out a surface inspection and supply a quotation . . . brief and factual!
Q. What if you find more work is required when you start the job than you initially thought?
A. We provide a quotation NOT an estimate and so the price WILL NOT change.
Q. Is there a waiting list?
A. We aim to be as flexible as possible and try our level best to fit any job to when it suits the customer.
Q. How long will it take to coat my property?
A. When the crew arrive on site they are focused on completing only that job in a timely manner; only bad weather or additional building work will delay the completion date. In most cases a matter of days or weeks, not months.
Q. What colours can I choose from?
A. We carry a comprehensive colour range or our customers can even supply us with a colour of their choice and we can match it.
Q. What if I plan to move?
A. The coating will not only add more "kerb appeal" and make the house more saleable but the guarantee is transferrable and can be listed in the home information pack.
Q. If my friends or neighbours get the job done will I get anything?
A. There is a £150 referral fee for every job completed as a result of a referral.
