ANDURA GRAFFITI RE-GARD
USES
This is a special formulation that is water based and provides excellent protection against spray paint, marker pen and many other forms of graffiti.

APPLICATION
This substance is quite hardy and relatively simple to apply by a trained technician.
RE-GARD should not be applied when rain is likely or in fact expected within the next 6 hours or the ambient temperature is lower than 5 degrees c or the temperature is likely to drop below 5 degrees c within 48 hours of application.
GRAFFITI REMOVAL
Simple! just pressure wash (at pressure`s of more than 799 psi), the water will carry away any foreign bodies.

ANDURA ANTI-CLIMB
USES
This is designed to be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces, when applied it is clearly visible and presents an effective deterrent to any would be opportunist intruder
DESCRIPTION
The anti-climb product is a petroleum based product with a slippery consistency which is essentially a non drying thixotropic coating that actually contains a pigment that is visible only under u.v light, and also contains a trace element which is identified by a chemical detector. This product is solvent free.

ANDURA ROOF-GARD
USES
This is designed specifically for the long term protection and decoration of roof`s constructed from concrete roof tiles , mineral or composite and even asbestos but ideally cement roofing panels.

DESCRIPTION
Roof gard is a water based acrylic protective and decorative coating.
APPLICATION
The roof must be clean/bacteria free prior to application and not be applied at temperature`s lower than 5 degrees c and certainly not when it is raining or rain is expected within 6 hours of application, the wet film thickness is always more than 200 microns which ensures adequate protection.

USES
Our Biocide is specifically designed for the effective neutralisation of fungal, algae, bacteria and indeed all traces of any such growth.

ANDURA CLASSIC TEX-GARD 21
USES
This Is a high performance textured protective and decorative coating. Designed for use on brick, render and masonry surfaces generally.

- Attractive texture which helps to achieve a uniform blemish free finish.
DESCRIPTION
This product is supplied as a single component ready for site use. In addition classic primer is advised for use on masonry surfaces.
APPLICATION
Tex-gard 21 should not be applied during rain or when rain is expected within 6 hours of application. The minimum air temperature should be 2 degrees c and should not drop below that for the next 48 hours. The wet film thickness is in excess of 1200 microns.

ANDURA PRO-FLEX
USES
Pro-flex being a very high performance, crack accommodating, pure acrylic, elastomeric, decorative and protective coating for concrete and masonry. It has been specifically formulated as a renovation solution for masonry and concrete facades.This product is especially suited where there is a high probability of subsequent cracks appearing on in the substrait, or indeed cyclic crack movement.

DESCRIPTION
This product arrives on site as a single component, water based, pure acrylic elastomeric coating ready for immediate use.

Classic tex-gard 21 should only be applied in the absence of rain, snow and damp weather or even if such conditions are expected within 24 hours of application. The ambient temperature should be above 5 degrees c but below 35 degrees c . The wet film thickness is in excess of 200 microns .

ANDURA PRO-CLEAR ULTIMATE
USES
Pro-clear ultimate is a water repellent silane-siloxane treatment for use on concrete, brick, masonry and other cementious surfaces. It is designed to protect atmospherically exposed surfaces against attack from water and chlorides.

DESCRIPTION
Pro-clear is system that penetrates into the substrait this then reacts and bonds to create a water repellent lining, this stops the absorption of moisture whilst not impeding breathability.

Pro-clear is “flood” applied in order to achieve comprehensive coverage and protection. Depending on the surface type either 1 or 2 coats are required.
