At Truecote we do not believe in ‘selling’ the customer the solution. Experience has told us that the customer may already have a perfectly good solution in mind or may have researched the options and decided on a particular product. Either way we respect the customer opinion and see ourselves as providing the customer with additional information to enable them to make an educated choice.

In some cases the customer may have no idea what solutions are available or what the cost of a particular solution will be. Again we see our role as providing the customer with all the information on a range of solutions and choice of products thus enabling them to choose a solution which is not only right for their property but also affordable as well as value for money.

Our range of products includes Andura and Weber coatings, Wetherby and K-Rend render systems.
Each system has its own merits and will provide a solution to a majority of external wall problems. Costs do vary across the systems as some are more labour intensive than others. Material costs also vary but it must be stated that the majority of labour costs are incurred in preparation for the final top coat. It is crucial with any system that the surface be prepared with great skill and care to ensure the integrity and longevity of the final top coat. As with most tasks it is a case of 70% preparation and 30% application. A considerable time is spent on such things as masking up to protect plants, patios, satellite dishes, air conditioning units and plumbing fittings and ducting. Great care is taken also to prevent ingress of sprayed product to neighbours property in close proximity or public property i.e. footpaths and pavements. ‘Cleanliness is next to Godliness’
